KHUZDAR: A man was killed and his brother injured when unidentified attackers opened fire at them at a village in Wadh teshil.

Police said the gunmen forcibly entered a house in village Kaka Heer on Saturday and attacked the two brothers. They escaped after committing the crime without facing any resistance.

“The victims have been identified as Khuda Bakhsh and Wahid Bakhsh. They have received multiple bullet wounds,” police said, adding the injured were taken to hospital where Khuda Bakhsh died. The condition of Wahid Bakhsh was said to be serious.

A case was registered and probe was under way.
