KHUZDAR: A tribal elder was shot dead in Zehri area of Khuzdar district on Thursday, Levies officials said.

Abdul Nabi was passing through Norgamn area when he came under fire. The assailants escaped, leaving him seriously injured. The tribal elder died on his way to hospital. Levies officials are investigating the case.

Meanwhile, one Mohammad Naeem was arrested for allegedly killing his wife in Faizabad area of Mastung on Wednesday.
