ISLAMABAD: Abbas Raza has been appointed Chairman National Tariff Commission (NTC) on the recommendation of the selection committee headed by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, said a press release on Tuesday.

Mr Raza has a wide-range experience in tariffs and federal taxes, tariff policy and protection analysis, GATT/WTO and trade remedy laws, matters pertaining to Pakistan’s trade and industry, applied governance and anti-corruption initiatives.
