Houses damaged

SIALKOT: The Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) shelled border villages in Harpal sector of the Working Boundary late on Friday night.

Chenab Rangers officials said the BSF started unprovoked and heavy firing which continued intermittently for about three hours.

Dozens of houses were damaged in the firing, they said, adding, “Chenab Rangers retaliated instantly and in a befitting manner forcing the Indian guns to fall silent”.
