PEC continues testing nerves of Class-V students

LAHORE: Students continued facing problems on Wednesday as the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) could not deliver the complete Class-V English question papers in different examination centres in Lahore.

The commission had postponed the English paper on Tuesday as it was unable, according to its claim, to deliver the question papers in four districts on time.

On Wednesday again, the PEC could distributed four versions of the English question paper against its claim of distributing six versions to curb cheating.

Meanwhile, speaking at a news conference at the Punjab Civil Officers Mess, Punjab Education Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said an inquiry committee had been constituted and those responsible would be punished.
