GWADAR: Armed men snatched official weapons from Balochistan Consta-bulary personnel while two Frontier Corps troops were injured in an attack on their convoy, Levies sources said.

Both incidents took place in Pasni.

The sources said that the BC personnel were deployed at the Shadi Core Dam project for the security of staff engaged in construction.

The gunmen overpowered the security personnel and took away with them 10 rifles, 6 SMGs and 3,000 rounds, Levies officials said. A case has been registered and investigation launched, they added.

An FC convoy was passing through the Coastal Highway near Pasni when it came under fire, leaving two FC personnel injured. The injured were taken to the hospital.
