LAHORE: A young milkman was shot dead while another injured by robbers near Kahna on Wednesday.

The police said Asad, 18, and Arshad were going to supply milk in Halloki by their bicycle when two armed men tried to rob them of cash near Rasoolpur Jhugiyan. Asad resisted and the robbers opened fire killing him on the spot and injuring the other. They looted mobile phones and Rs7,000 and fled.
