QUETTA: Gas supply to some areas of Sindh was suspended when saboteurs blew up a 20-inch-diameter pipeline in Sui area of Dera Bugti district in Balochistan on Sunday.

According to official sources, saboteurs planted explosives under the gas pipeline in the Kopat Area of Sui and detonated it. As a result, a part of the pipeline was destroyed and gas supply to some areas of Sindh was suspended.

The sources said that a team of workers had started work to repair the pipeline.
