LAHORE: Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman called on Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar at the Governor House here on Saturday.

The governor condemned a suicide attack at the venue of the JUI-F public meeting in Quetta and expressed his grief over the loss of lives.

He said the nation was united to face the menace of terrorism and it was standing by its armed forces to eliminate it. Sarwar and the Maulana also discussed the current political situation in the country.
