KP chief minister booked

ISLAMABAD: Like other Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s leaderships and workers, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervaiz Khatak was also nominated in a FIR lodged with Secretariat Police.

The case was registered in response to a complaint filed by ASI Zamir Ajmal of Special Branch.

He in his complaint stated that he along with Sajid Mehmood of Bomb Disposal Squad was deployed at PTV Headquarters from where a group of 12 PTI workers abducted them.

After abducting them they were taken to the KP Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak and detained there, he stated, adding that they were also beaten up by the PTI activists.

The police have registered a case under PPCs 353, 365, 186, 147 and 149 against the chief minister.
