Good governance in institutions stressed

LAHORE: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) vice-chancellor has stressed good governance in higher education institutions.

He was speaking to the fifth and last batch of training of teaching and non-teaching staff which completed a five-day “Indigenous On-Campus Training (IOT)” at the UVAS here on Saturday.

The faculty of life sciences business management of the UVAS organised the training programme in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to improve governance in the university through better management, efficiency and performance of the staff.

Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha distributed certificates among the participants.
