GUJRANWALA: Some burglars broke into 14 shops in Hajipura main bazaar and took away goods worth Rs1.5 million on Wednesday.

Traders told police that when they came to their shops in the morning they found shutters broken and valuables, including a generator, missing.

Police have taken the main bazaar guard into custody and are investigating.
