QUETTA: Provincial Gov-ernor Mohammad Khan Achakzai administered on Saturday the oath of acting Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court to Justice Ghulam Mustafa Mengal.

The impressive ceremony at the Governor House was attended by judges and civil officials.
