Politicians on Twitter: Umrah, meetings and a birthday cake

As the month of Ramazan approaches its end, Pakistani politicians and newsmakers seem to be in Mecca for the Umrah pilgrimage or away on holiday. Some, however, are in the country and going about their daily tasks, while enjoying the Karachi rain and praying for peace in Gaza.
