KARACHI: Faqeer Colony boxing club secured 15 points to win the District South Ramazan boxing festival which concluded at Young Lyari Boxing Club the other day.

Pugilists from Mauripur National Club finished runners-up with 12 points.

As many as 32 pugilists participated in the one-day contest held in two categories under the aegis of district South boxing association.

Boys’ under-14:

36 kg: Altaf bt Zohaib 2-1

38 kg: Sajid Rasheed bt Zaman 2-1

40 kg: Nabeel bt Azher 3-0

42 kg: Owais Hussain bt Aftab 2-1

Juniors’ under-16:

46 kg: Zohaib Rasheed bt Zeeshan 3-0

48 kg: Sher Ali bt Fahad 3-0

50 kg: Mahmood bt Bilal 2-1

52 kg: Yousuf bt Shehroz 2-1

54 kg: Waqar bt Rashid 2-1
