Two blasts rock Khuzdar

KHUZDAR: Two powerful explosions at different locations rocked Khuzdar town on Friday night, police said.

The first blast occurred near a police checkpost adjacent to Arbab Complex in which a passer-by Mohammad Khan was hit by shrapnel. He was admitted to the district hospital.

The second explosion took place at Chakar Khan road area, the sources said, adding that a police vehicle was apparently the target of the attack. However, no-one was hurt. The explosion jolted the adjoining building structures and smashed windowpanes.
