Calling from abroad

I HAVE been experiencing great difficulty in making telephone calls to Pakistan these days. The quality of sound is very poor and hardly audible.

Words are broken and sentences remain incomplete. More often than not the connection breaks in the middle of the call. Interestingly, the recipients report that calls from abroad are indicated as originating from some local telephone numbers. I have not experienced such problems while making calls anywhere else in the world.

It is not a a one-time affair either. It happens all the time. Imagine the frustration of anyone trying to make urgent business or emergency calls to Pakistan. It is unacceptable in modern day and age and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
