BAHAWALPUR: The Anti-Corruption Establishment on Tuesday arrested 13 officials of the buildings department for being involved in corrupt practices in the extension and renovation of the Lodhran DHQ Hospital.

An inquiry into the case was ordered by the chief minister on reports of embezzlements worth millions.

There are some doctors among the accused as well who are currently on bail. The arrested include EXENS and SDOs.
