KARACHI: The legal fraternity will stay away from court proceedings across the province on Monday to mourn the death of a Sukkur-based senior lawyer and member of the Sindh Bar Council.

According to SBC vice chairman Abdul Sattar Kazi, court proceedings will remain suspended on Monday to mourn the death of Maqbool Ahmed Awan, who was also a former judge of the high court.
