LAHORE: PPP central Punjab President Manzoor Wattoo has expressed disappointment at the provincial government’s response to banned Lashkar-i-Jhangvi’s life threat to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

“PPP workers are upset and agitated over the life threat to their party chairman by (banned) LeJ. The response of the Punjab government is disappointing,” he said here on Saturday.

He called upon the government to take action against the banned terrorist organisation that had ‘safe havens’ in Punjab.
