ISLAMABAD: For swift and co-coordinated action on public complaints, the Capital Development Authority has designated focal persons for different areas of Islamabad.

They will pay surprise visits to their designated areas and supervise the work of the officials and submit a daily report to chief complaint officer.

The designated focal persons are Deputy Commissioner CDA for Diplomatic Enclave and Secretariat blocks, Director HRD(I) for F-5, F-6 and E-7, Special Magistrate CDA for F-7, F-8 and jogging trails, Director Urban Planning for F-10,

F-11 and D-12, Director Electrical & Mechanical (II) for G-5, G-6 and Saidpur Village, Director Enforcement for G-7, G-8 and Blue area.

Director Municipal Administration is designated for G-9, G-10 and F-9 Park, Director Electrical & Mechanical -I for G-11. G-13 and I-10.

Director Rural Planning will look after H-8, H-9, I-8, I-9 and Director Security has been designated as focal person for Modal Villages.

In order to make the focal persons accessible to general public their contact numbers will be displayed at CDA’s websites and on boards in commercial centres of the capital.
