House damaged in grenade attack

KOHAT: A house was partially damaged in a hand grenade attack in Shakardarra on Saturday.

Police said that two brothers identified as Abid, Fasal and another man, Saadullah, hurled a hand grenade at a house owned by one Ameer Mohammad Khan, after clashing with him (Ameer) over a women dispute.

They also fired shots at the house with Kalashnikovs. However, nobody was hurt in the incident. The house was partially damaged.

The police said the incident occurred after women from the two families quarreled over some trivial issue. The police registered case into the incident and arrested the three accused.
