THERE are many kinds of people in this world. Some smart, soft and charming, while others are annoying, harsh and bossy. The second kind of people like to boss others as if they own the world. They are generally disliked by everyone, even their loved ones. Nobody respects them.

This is actually their own fault. Their character and personality is such that they don’t even realise their mistakes and don’t find anything wrong with their behaviour.

Let’s take a look at those who have a positive character. Such people have a satisfied conscience and are calm in nature. They posses a kind nature and make for good company. Others like to be with them and meet them again and again. Upright individuals are helpers of all, they do not lie or accuse; they don’t complain or gossip. A straightforward person always wins the hearts of people and is ashamed of nothing.

Each person has a different nature, we are born with certain qualities and there are some qualities that we cultivate as we grow up, while some we can acquire with a bit of effort. Few people are born with a happy and straightforward nature, but then, not everyone has a grumpy and gloomy nature too.

Each person can work towards enhancing their positive traits and minimising their negative ones. If a person is gloomy and angry, he has to try and find the reason why he is so. There is no need to remain this way for a long time and take out your anger on others. Once you know why you are angry, try and look for some positive aspects of the situation and get out of your angry mode. Focus your attention towards more positive things. This will make you feel pleasant and when you feel that way your attitude towards others and your personality will become pleasant too.

Remember, no one is born perfect, everyone has faults. The trick is to eliminates your faults and improve your strengths and positive traits. Decency and decorum are the prerequisites of a pleasant personality, learn to cultivate these and maintain them at all times and in all situations.

Always try and win the hearts of others, respect you elders and behave politely. It is not hard if your try. And the pleasant reaction you will get from others due to your improved behaviour will easily make you remain this way forever.
