DAWOOD University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), Karachi, is facing numerous problems, namely, a seven-to-eight-month delay in the results and degree awarding, for administrative reasons and politics.

Also, students belonging to various political parties carry their personal grudge, due to which the institution has to face bloodshed and ill-discipline.

The authorities concerned also exploit these political parties for their personal gains.

The political parties create prejudice among classmates, and lack of coordination, rancour and grouping of one’s class.

The government should take action against the administration.
