Still hopeful of getting the party ticket, former MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will appear before the election commission today (Monday) to get his candidature restored for the forthcoming Aug 22 by-election in NA-48, Islamabad.

However, in case the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) does not rule in his favour, Mr Khan has decided to file an appeal in the Islamabad High Court.
