Four killed in Karachi violence

KARACHI: Four people were killed in incidents of firing and violence in different areas of Karachi, DawnNews reported on Thursday.

Two bodies bearing torture marks were recovered from Abbas Mor near Karachi’s Northern Bypass. According to the police, the deceased were abducted and subjected to torture before being shot dead. Their bodies were then thrown on the road. The deceased had not been identified until the filing of this report.

Separately, one person was killed in a firing incident near North Nazimabad’s Pahar Ganj area.

In another incident, a body bearing marks of torture was found in Steel Town.
