Butchers booked

LAHORE, June 3: A team of the City District Government of Lahore on Monday raided 12 shops of meat sellers and got criminal cases registered against two butchers for selling unhygienic meat and illegal slaughtering of animals.

Officials said the team comprising meat inspectors raided shops in Samanabad, Gulshan-i-Ravi, Babu Sabu and other localities and imposed fine for selling unhygienic meat.
