The Supreme Court has contradicted a news item published in Metro section of Dawn on June 1 with the headline “Musharraf may be indicted in judges case even if challans is incomplete”.

Clarifying the contents of the report the spokesperson for the Supreme Court said nobody had approached the Registrar, Supreme Court of Pakistan or any such letter for seeking information in question was ever received in this court from police or any other department.
