ISLAMABAD, Dec 31: Minister for Foreign Affairs Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri has ruled out any unilateral flexibility on the Kashmir issue.

“Pakistan will not change its basic policy on the Kashmir issue. We will not offer any unilateral flexibility to India on the issue,” he told a local satellite television channel.

Pakistan wanted resolution of the Kashmir issue in the shortest possible time. India also should show progress. The basic purpose of offering new CBMs was aimed at accelerating the dialogue process, he said.—-APP
