Here's a list of constituencies where PTI, PML-N, PPP are alleging rigging
Some requests for recount have been sent to the ECP for a recount.
From the PPP and PML-N to the MMA, most major political parties are crying foul over the vote count process in the July 25 general election.
Even the PTI, which has emerged as the largest political party at the centre and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is alleging rigging in some constituencies.
So what exactly are the allegations?
PML-N
PML-N calls NA249 Karachi's vote count process into question, alleging that Shahbaz Sharif's votes were somehow transferred to PTI's Faisal Vawda. Vawda has been declared the winner in this constituency.
The RO in NA-131 has accepted Saad Rafique's request for a recount.
Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has submitted a complaint against the returning officer for rejecting his request to recount votes in NA-57, Murree.
PTI
PTI spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry told Dawn.com his party's their main contention is Sialkot's NA73 in which PML-N's Khawaja Asif has been declared a winner.
Reports of recounting in NA73 are not confirmed.
PTI's Aleem Khan's request for a recount in NA129 (which was won by PML-N's Ayaz Sadiq) has also been accepted by the RO.
PPP
The Pakistan Peoples Party has raised questions about vote count a few constituencies.
PPP also said PTI’s winning candidate in Jhang NA114 was overturned after the party demanded a closer inspection:
MMA
MMA won in NA5 but only after a re-examination. Earlier, PTI was said to be winning by a margin of 8,000 votes.

this is not systematic foul play, it could be unintentional errors. Imran's past and present is clean and he gave everyone free will/free hand to open any box if any candidates has any object. So take advantage of this and prove it....

It is not surprising to read statements from rigging experts. Credit goes to Imran for saying in his statement that he will open all constituencies for recount and not like PML-N who refused to open four constituencies

Some of these are very serious allegations, where the votes rejected is 10 times more than the vote difference, we need to see if this is random or if it’s in favor of PTI in all cases

Rejected votes??? is that even a reason to have an allegation of disparities??
I dont think so. Rejected votes are those that are as per ECP's direction foul votes. So if masses dont cast their votes as per the proper directions, their vote is null and void.
My cousin contested from PTI in PK-32, lost by 1949 votes against PMLN, rejected votes were 3500+, so should we go for allegation of rigging??? I dont think so.

As per the expense limit law, which is 15 Rs. 15 lakhs per NA constituency by any given candidate, all constituencies in all elections over the last 20 years have been rigged.

The difference between the total number of seats won by PTI and those won by combined PML-N and PPP is so significant that some minor changes in the final result will be minimal. So, please accept the result and work for the improvement of the country.

well if all the parties are providing some kind of evidence then ECP should have no objection for recount.A party that comes to power based on rig can not inspire confidence in people , shall feel the victim of guilt and is likely to lose respect at international level.One Ghulam Ahmad Bloor should definitely earn respect when he gracefully accepted defeat.Politics is a commitment to the service of people and not necessarily a means to get elected or selected to some position and that too by foul means

Let us not forget what MQM did in 2013 election in Karachi. Ballot boxes were openly stuffed with bogus votes. Thanks to the presence of Rangers, it did not happen this time.

Pakistan is a poor country with primitive means. Let the ECP work out their problems.
In the mean time let us focus on those members of ECP, security services and the public who lost their lives in the process of election.
I have reservations about western democracy as, at best, it is a gamble in itself. However I respect Awami opinion. Lets us hope it works for them. Ayub Khans basic democratic and the Swiss model is little better and worthy of refinement.
A system which unite the nation and guard natural rights of every citizen is a better system. Divide and rule party system has never managed that.

The political parties (and ecp) must accept they did not do a good enough job teaching people how to cast their vote. I personally know many who did not do it properly and their votes were most likely rejected.

Remember 2013 elections? When PML-N used the entire state machinery to stop all kinds of re-counts and opening of ballots.
Here, everything is happening so smoothly, the recounts are happening as requested.
This is what Imran Khan said, he will not create hurdles to recounts. Remember, PML-n didnt even open 4 seats until the protestors were at the gates.

All the parties should develop some consensus over the results of the polls and accept them but ov the ballots is the right of every candidate if they have any suspicions regarding the post poll delay n late or no provision of form45.. N imran khan must be appreciated for not showing stubborn stance and instead manifested open heartedness and so is expected from the opposition.. They should behave maturely and either accept their fate or protest in assemblies as per Constitution despite inciting chaos ans violence by outraging the innocent people for their personal gains crashing our stock market and essentially our economy just like imran did in '14 that was also condemnable as it also damaged our economy to a large extent.. Instead they should wait for their turn and perform their duties of strong opposition n play their key role is legislation including the problems they faced in these elections they should also address them n pass some strong legislative reforms..

Imran khan has offered to open for recounting any constituency where there is doubt. Complete it in few days and give out genuine results. Next time new system counting is required where counting is done next day at district office in front of polling agents. No rush. It's done in India...learn from it.

The very high number of rejected votes in nearly all constituencies and expulsion of polling agents representing various political parties seems to indicate well organised rigging. And pre poll mechinatios make the whole process highly questionable and needs a full thorough judicial investigation by a full bench of Supreme Court.

Recounting is the legal right which should be exercised according to the law. PTI if still emerges as the largest party should be given opportunity to rule for 5 years. Having said that PTI itself has setup a bad example of Dharna though it should not be repeated in the greater interest of the country. PTI promises should be closely monitored and should be supported if they are really fulfilled otherwise oppositions should take them head on.. Strong institutions, merit on every decision is the key to the nations progress and PTI govt should be judged based on these criteria.

All complainants must be satisfied -period. That's the only way we can maintain a healthy democratic tradition. Gripes of doubts have the potential to degrade public trust in the election process.
If there are too many complaints, 10-15 randomly selected boxes can be taken out and recounted in the presence of all the polling agents of the grieving parties.
IMHO, a terrible and unforgivable neglect was committed on the part of the RTS designers and the Election Commission for not thoroughly testing the new system before running it in the real show. I couldn't believe when I heard about RTS crashing under technical stress, especially when it was being used for the first time.

Has anyone reminded PMLN about the last election's vote count more than the total possible votes? There were cases where the total vote count was several thousand votes higher than the voters' population. What measures were taken then? None. Why are you crying now?
