ISLAMABAD: The district administration has sought particulars of officials and private security guards of PTI leaderships, including Imran Khan and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The orgnisers of November 30 rally have been asked to submit their weapons details also, sources told Dawn.

The NOC given to the organisers had strictly banned carrying weapons and firearms of any kind near the venue of the meeting. Weapons include batons or any thing that can cause harm. Policemen and private guards will provide security to the KP chief minster, his cabinet members and PTI leadership including Imran Khan at the venue.

Keeping in view the mystery shrouding the killing of two protesters on August 30, the interior minister has asked the capital police to collect their (policemen, guards) data.

The sources said only those guards and policemen whose details were available with the police would be allowed to enter the designated area of the rally.

Similarly, the guards or policemen will be allowed to carry only those weapons, which have been registered with the police.
