KARACHI: The Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) on Tuesday named boys and girls teams for the Asian juniors and cadet table tennis championship (qualifying round) being held in Islamabad from Aug 27 to 29.

The team was selected during two-day trials which concluded in Islamabad on Monday.

Team:

Boys’ under-18: Rameez Khan, Aahil Shah, Salman Virk, M. Haseeb.

Girls’ under-18: Farwa Arif, Maha Laraib, Ayesha Bibi, Maria Khan.

Boys’ under-15: Faizan Zahoor, Mustafa Ali, Obaid Shah, Fahad Khawaja.

Girls’ under-15: Fatima Khan, Anam Islam, Haleema Ali, Zainab Waqar.

Officials:

Boys: Abdul Mateen (manager), Irfanullah Khan (coach),

Girls: Azhar Khurshid (manager), Loiza Irshad (coach).
