Noreen Raza is Assistant Director (Technical) at the Environment, Climate Change and Coastal Development Department, Government of Sindh, and a former Forest Officer. She is an IUCN CEESP Member, UNITAR and Pakistan Forest Institute alumnus, ISO 14001/45001 certified professional, and member of the ESG Institute Knowledge & Resources Team. With over 15 years of experience in environmental governance, climate change, biodiversity conservation, forestry, and regulatory compliance, she is actively engaged in promoting sustainable development, nature-based solutions, and environmental awareness. Her articles and publications on climate change, biodiversity conservation, environmental sustainability, and environmental challenges have been published nationally and internationally, contributing to wider discussions on climate resilience and responsible environmental management.
