After burning down of Shama Cinema few months ago, the media portrayed that as a tragedy and a cultural place had been destroyed. Shama cinema in Peshawar was always famous for such kind of films. I guess the influential political family who runs the destroyed cinema may have collected funds from the government to restore in the name of cultural heritage.
