KARACHI, Feb 13: The customs drug enforcement cell at Jinnah International Airport seized 4.5 kilograms of heroin from an aircraft on Wednesday.
A statement issued by the customs said that their staff recovered 4.5kg heroin powder concealed in the cavities behind the covers of two toilets of the aircraft bound for London via Lahore as flight PK-787.
A case under the Control of Narcotics Substances Act 1997 was registered against unknown suspects, it added.
