THIS is in response to a letter published on Dec 29. It is clarified that the website of Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, Islamabad (www.mohtasib.gov.pk) is accessible and there is no error on the part of the secretariat in this regard.

So far more than 1,000 people have applied in response to the advertisement cited in the above-mentioned letter through this website.

Anyone can access the website not only for online submission of applications but also for the registration of online complaints.

Moreover, there is no restriction on submitting any application or complaint through any other means of communication.

The applicant can send the application by post or by any other means.
