WANA: Two security personnel were killed and many others injured in a suicide vehicle explosion at the entrance of  Zeri Noor camp near Wana in South Waziristan tribal region early on Wednesday.

According to military sources a suicide attempt was foiled near Wana in South Waziristan tribal region when two suicide bombers, in an explosive-laden car targeted the Zeri Noor camp. Sentries at the Zehri camp spotted the suicide car approaching the military camp, 100 metres from the camp.

The explosive laden car detonated near the entrance of the Zeri Noor camp  killing two security personnel and injuring four others and also caused damage to a nearby mosque.
