LAHORE, Nov 12: Robbers looted cash and valuables worth Rs3.5 million in four major hits in the city on Monday.

Five armed men barged in the house of Izhar in Burki police limits, tied up all family members, looted cash and valuables, including weapons, worth Rs1 million and also took away a car.

Some robbers stormed into the house of Saeed Ahmad in North Cantonment police limits and escaped after looting cash and valuables worth Rs1.5 million.

Some armed men burst into the house of Farman in Hanjarwal police limits and took away cash and valuables worth Rs600,000.

Two gun-toting men entered the cell phone outlet of Tahir in Kot Lakhpat police limits and made off with cash and valuables worth Rs70,000, 30 cell phones and calling cards.

Some robbers burst into the house of Jabbar in Shahdara Town and looted cash and valuables worth Rs500,000.
