Dawn Spelling Bee

ISLAMABAD, Sept 24: Pool rounds for the 12-14 age category of Dawn in Education Spelling Bee 2012 have concluded and the regional winners have been announced.

Mohammad Osama Naqvi from Garrison Cadet College Kohat was declared the regional champion while Furqan Alavi and Mohammad Hussain Naqvi, both from EMS High School Islamabad, were the 1st and 2nd runner-ups respectively. The regional champions are to compete in the national championship of Spelling Bee 2012.

Dawn in Education Spelling Bee 2012 is being held at Islamabad from September 19 to the September 25. Over 700 children from 120 schools of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, AJK, Peshawar, Mardan, Chakwal, Jhelum and Abbottabad are participating in this competition in the age groups of 9-11, 12-14 and 15-17.
