QUETTA: Six more people, including a policeman, were killed and another two injured in different incidents of violence in Quetta on Friday, DawnNews reported.

In the latest incident, unidentified motorcycle riders killed a policeman near Sariab Road area.

Earlier, unknown miscreants shot dead a man identified as Haji Muhammad Alam in Sariab Mills area. The dead belonged to Dera Allah Yar. In another incident, unknown motorcyclists shot and killed Muhammad Tahir in Bank Colony. Badal Khan was killed in firing by unknown persons in Chaki Shahwani area of Sariab Road.

In all cases miscreants fled from the scene. Police reached the sites and shifted dead bodies to civil hospital.

Meanwhile, two persons were killed in armed clash over old enmity. According to details tow groups had old enmity over a land dispute in Killi Khezi on the outskirts of the metropolis.

Moreover, a bomb blast in the Awami National Party’s rally in Quetta’s Kuchlak area had killed eight people earlier today, whereas 22 others were injured also.
