If our police and other security agencies were honest and sincere, these weapons could never have gotten in the hands of civilians. What made the innocent civilians to become criminals? Millions of false promises from our politicians and years of poverty.

"From Lyari with Love". As a Lyarian living in USA for the past 40 years, it aches my heart to see the worsening living conditions of all the residents of Lyari. It is about time for young people to realize that outsiders like Murtazas, Zardaris and Sindhi Waderas do not care about the poor living conditions of Lyarians. They all consider Lyari as their political colony . whereas the area is a part of Karachi not the interior Sind to be ruled again and again. Lyarians will be better of making a respectable political/economic alliance with the MQM. We can no longer live on the false promises of Zardari's PPP along with his son, who claims to be future lienholder of Lyari. Wake up Lyari. Do not be isolated from the other residents of Karachi. Develop your area with the help of MQM's local government. Once again there should be peace and tolerance in the area as always has been historically. single out one locality of karachi for wiping criminals while lgnoring others areas do raises some questions...why sudden rush on criminals as if the whole country enjoys the peace.

Very sad news. Police and law enforcement agencies not only killing innocent people but also make other people fool using media. It is humble request frm sindh govt esp chief ministr qaim ali shah to stop military operation frm lyari as soon as possible.
