KARACHI: Sindh Senior Minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza during the Sindh cabinet meeting on Monday expressed anger at Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s frequent visits to Karachi, DawnNews reported.

The Sindh cabinet meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani at the Governor House to discuss the situation in Karachi.

During the meeting Mirza questioned Malik’s frequent visits to Karachi and said that the handling of Sindh’s problems should be left with the local administration.

To which Malik said that if any one has objections regarding his visits to Karachi then he would not come to Karachi.

PM Gilani also responded by saying that the whole country acknowledges the services of the interior minister and that Malik is sent to Karachi on orders from the president and the prime minister.
