SO many of our senior citizens with meagre savings have purchased Behbood Savings Certificates (BSCs) at intervals for small amounts and now find it difficult, inconvenient and time-consuming to visit NSC many times. Will it not be possible for the NSC to allow us to combine some small amount certificates into larger ones, with no service charges, adjusting for months and days also into one and keeping the profit rate the same as in our original BSCs?

No doubt it will be more trouble at first for the NSC staff but time-saving afterwards for us and them also. I will appreciate your help in bringing this to the notice of the NSC through these columns.
