BD Academy to face NCA in 4-day tie

KARACHI, Aug 16: The visiting Bangladesh National Cricket Academy team will take on Pakistan’s NCA outfit in a four-day match at Quaid-i-Azam Park at the Steel Township here from Thursday.

The BD squad flew into the city on Tuesday night for a short trip to Pakistan and will play two four-day games and three one-dayers.

Test umpires Saleem Badar and Iftikhar Malik will supervise the match.

Pak NCA: Shahid Yousaf (Captain) Fawad Alam (Vice Captain), Nasir Jamshed, Khurram Manzoor, Adnan Raza, Riaz Kail, Zulqarnain Haider (wicketkeeper), Usman Saeed, Abdul Rehman, Tahir Khan, Muhammad Irshad, Zohaib Ahmed, Akhtar Ayub, Anwar Ali and Jamshed Ahmed.

Bangladesh NA: Nazmus Sadat, Zahirul Islam, Uttam Sarkar, Mehrab Hossain Junior, Marshall Ayub, Nadif Chowdhury, Sagir Hossain Pavel, Mahmudullah Ryad, Mushraff Hossain Rubel, Sohrawardi Shuvo, Zaiur Rehman, Shafaq Al Zabir, Dollar Mahmud and Nazmul Hossain.—APP
