International firm donates kits to KBBA for girls’ events

KARACHI: Karachi Basketball Association (KBBA) on Saturday received a big boost when an international company entered into an agreement with the association to donate sports kits for girls basketball players.

FHM Packages donated complete kits for girls including track suits which will be worn by the players during the upcoming events at national and provincial level.

In this connection, a meeting was held at the office of Deputy Commissioner South where ADC South Zulfiqar Khushk handed over the kits to KBBA women’s wing Secretary Zaeema Khatoon. FHM’s Pakistan CEO Imran Faisal, KBBA president Ghulam Muhammad Khan, Engineer Zainul Abedeen and Tufail Patafi were also present on the occasion.

Tufail and Ghulam Mohammad both lauded the role of Deputy Commissioner South Irshad Ali Sodhar in supporting the game of basketball and also thanked former Assistant Commissioner Civil Lines Fatima Bashir for her efforts in getting these kits for the basketball players.
