IN Rahmore village, there is only one government primary school for a population of about 5,000. Students study in its courtyard, because the school building cannot accommodate all students.
There are only three rooms of which two are in a dilapidated state. Nowadays teachers do not offer admissions to children because there is no room for more students.
Besides poor infrastructure, there is no clean drinking water, washrooms etc. How will these students be able to get higher education if they are not able to have primary education?
Education is a fundamental right of every child. The authorities concerned should look into this matter.
