PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced six hours of power suspension on different days from July 16 to 30 due to maintenance work on the transmission lines.

According to a statement issued here on Monday, the consumers of 11KV Engineering, Agriculture, University Campus, Canal Town, Malakandher, Gull Abad and Regi village will face inconvenience on July 16 and 17 from 8am to 2pm.

The consumers of 11KV Islamia College, Tehkal, Khyber Teaching Hospital, and University Town will be affected on July 17 from 8am to 2pm.

Power supply will remain suspended from 132KV Peshawar Fort grid station on July 17 and 19 from 8am to 2pm, resultantly consumers of 11KV Bashir Abad 2, Nishat and Shahi Bagh 2 feeders will face inconvenience.

Power supply will remain suspended from 132KV Hayatabad grid station on July 16, 18, 20, 23 and 25 from 8am to 2pm, affecting consumers of 11KV Hayatabad 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Deans Heights, Shaukat Khanam, Hayatabad Surgical, Green Wood, Frontier Ceramics, Cell Wood and Khyber 1, 2 feeders.

Similarly, the inhabitants of Pakistan Chowk, Pohan, Jan Abad, Canal Road and Mirwas in Mardan will also suffer on July 16, 17 from 8am to 2pm.

The people of Dera Ismail Khan grid-connected feeder will also face inconvenience on July 18 at the same time.

However, the consumers of 11KV Mir Sahib Khan, Latamber, Surdog, Bhandar Khel, Karak 1, 2, Bogra, Ahmad Wala, Waran and Highway will face inconvenience from 7.30am to 1.30pm on July 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28 and 30.
