ISLAMABAD: The privatisation process for Balloki and Haveli Bahadur power plants, owned by the National Power Parks Management Company, is expected to be completed during next four months and bidding will be held in October.

The steering committee, constituted for these transactions, held its third meeting on Tuesday at the Privatisation Commission to review the implementation status and asked all stakeholders to resolve all issues on priority that would lead to smooth completion of the privatisation process.

Privatisation Minister Mohammadmian Soomro chaired the meeting which was briefed by the financial adviser, Credit Suisse, on the progress of the transaction.
