KOHAT: A worker of a local cement company died after falling in a chemical drum from the conveyor belt here on Saturday.

Tayyab Riaz Ahmed, 22, a resident of Sargodha district, was working at the conveyor belt bringing gypsum from the mountains when his hand stuck in it. He fell into a drum full with chemical and died instantly.

He was taken to the CMH from where his body was taken by the cement firm’s administration and dispatched to his home town. The Bilitang police registered the case and launched further investigations.
