THIS is with reference to the letter ‘Slow PTCL internet’ (Aug 11).

Due to the upgradation of the available ports in the area, configuration could not be done immediately, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our customer. We are pleased to inform you that the highlighted issue has been resolved and the customer is now enjoying an uninterrupted service.

Customers are at the centre of all our activities, and we focus on customer ease and convenience, providing an all-inclusive support service. As part of our strategy to provide reliable, resilient and fast internet services, we have embarked upon a comprehensive Network Transformation project. This will allow our customers to experience and enjoy reliable high speed internet.
